Plan of subdivision for the remainder of Block 3, Plan 1688, Section 8, Esquimalt District. The diagram shows the subdivision of a portion of Block 3 into eight lots (numbered 1-8) along Tovey Crescent, with a remaining portion labeled "REM. BLK. 3 PLAN 1688 Area = 0.808 ha." The property is bounded by View Royal Avenue to the north and Bessborough Avenue to the east. A 3.0 metre lane is indicated at the southern boundary along Lot 8.
