On behalf of the Songhees Nation Leadership, we are pleased to share that Songhees Nation will be hosting the upcoming Island Elders Lunch at the Songhees Wellness Centre on July 16, 2025. This important event will bring together Indigenous Elders from across Vancouver Island to honour their lifelong contributions, foster connection, and celebrate culture in a warm and respectful environment.

We are currently seeking financial sponsorship from community-minded organizations to support this special gathering. Donations will help cover essential costs such as food, transportation, gifts for Elders, and cultural programming.

Your financial contribution will make a meaningful difference in helping us provide a memorable experience for our Elders—those who carry the knowledge, traditions, and spirit of our communities. All sponsors will be recognized during the event as valued partners in this effort.
