TOWN OF VIEW ROYAL BYLAW NO. 1136
A BYLAW TO AMEND NOISE CONTROL BYLAW IN RELATION TO NOISE LIMITS
The Council of the Town of View Royal, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
This Bylaw may be cited as “Noise Control Bylaw No. 523, 2003, Amendment Bylaw No. 1136, 2024”.
Noise Control Bylaw No. 523, 2003 is hereby amended as follows:
(a) By deleting Section 3(ii) in its entirety and replacing with:
“(ii) Individuals are not permitted to allow or facilitate the playing or operation of any radio, tape recorder, audio playback machine, stereophonic equipment, or any other instrument or apparatus for sound production or amplification between the hours of 11:00 PM on one day and 9:00 AM the following day, whether on private premises or in any public place, in a manner that disturbs the peace, tranquility, rest, enjoyment, comfort, or convenience of any person or persons on the same property or in the neighborhood or vicinity.”
