Staff Recommendation: THAT the Town of View Royal make application from the 2023 UBCM FireSmart Community Funding and Supports for a FireSmart Coordinator and a Community Wildfire Resiliency Plan in the amount of $144,785.
b) West Shore RCMP Detachment Expansion Project Funding

Staff Recommendation: THAT a letter be sent to the Capital Regional District (CRD) requesting that the CRD establish a subregional service for the purpose of funding a joint capital project up to $103 million.
