TOWN OF VIEW ROYAL BYLAW NO. 1126

A BYLAW TO AMEND THE MUNICIPAL TICKET INFORMATION BYLAW NO. 643, 2007

The Council of the Town of View Royal, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

CITATION

1. This Bylaw may be cited as “Municipal Ticket Information Bylaw No. 643, 2007, Amendment Bylaw No. 1126, 2023”.

AMENDMENTS

2. Municipal Ticket Information Bylaw No. 643, 2007, is amended as follows:

   a. Deleting the following item under Columns 1, 2, 3 and 4 of Schedule 2 in its entirety:

   Failure to obtain annual Secondary Suite Permit	40.2(g)	599	$500

   b. Deleting the following item under Columns 1, 2, 3 and 4 of Schedule 18 in its entirety:

   Owner not occupying building containing secondary suite	4.1.4		$100

   c. Deleting the following item under Columns 1, 2, 3 and 4 of Schedule 18 in its entirety:

   No annual secondary suite permit obtained	4.1.7		$500

   d. Adding the following item to the table in Schedule 1 after Schedule 23:

   Schedule 24	Secondary Suite Permit Bylaw No. 601, 2005	Bylaw Enforcement Officer Director of Development Services

   e. Adding Schedule 24 after Schedule 23 the provisions contained in Schedule 1 of this Bylaw.
