A BYLAW TO AMEND THE OFFICIAL COMMUNITY PLAN WITH RESPECT TO THE DESIGNATION OF 102 ATKINS ROAD
The Council of the Town of View Royal, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
This Bylaw may be cited as "Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 811, 2011, Amendment Bylaw No. 917, 2015".
Schedule "P" Form and Character Development Permit Areas of Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 811, 2011 is amended by adding Parcel A (DD L2503) of Lot 6, Section 98, Esquimalt District, Plan 748 to the Neighbourhood Mixed Residential (M-R) Development Permit Area.
