Details of Item to be Added: Further to the presentation on the City of Victoria's Demolition and Deconstruction Bylaw at the May 2023 Committeee of the Whole, a motion is required for next steps. I am proposing that Council ask staff to prepare a report outlining considerations, options and next steps for the Town of View Royal to adopt a demolition and deconstruction bylaw.
