- Site survey information, taken from information provided by McElhanney Associates Land Surveying Ltd. General contractor to consult with civil engineer to maintain/establish property line, datum and building location.
- General contractor to coordinate all utility line connections with Town of View Royal.
- Refer to landscape architect's drawings and specs for all landscaping, sitegrading, site drainage and storm water management.
- Building outline represents edge of slab (main level). All dimensions shown are to grid lines.
- Refer to civil engineer's drawings and specs for all grading in relation to the site, retaining walls & drainage.
- Refer to electrical drawings for all utility connections.
- General contractor to patch and make good all landscaping, walkways, and roadwork damaged during construction.

- Steel reinforcement to be placed/drilled at 1.8m c/c along base of wall, steel to be 20M rebar drilled 400mm into intact rock and fully grouted or epoxied.
