f) Driveway Access at 20 Jedburgh Road

Staff Recommendation: THAT Council authorize the paving of extra driveway width on municipal road allowance behind the newly installed sidewalk on the south side of Jedburgh Road from 7.0 metres to approximately 9.5 metres at 20 Jedburgh Road.

- Christie Point Rezoning Application No. 2016/05 - 2951 Craigowan Road
THAT the Committee recommend to Council that, if Rezoning Application No. 2016/05 - 2951 Craigowan Road is approved, the proposed developer-funded intersection improvements at Shoreline Drive and Island Highway be completed before construction begins at the Christie Point property. (J-01-17)
THAT the Committee recommend to Council that the proposed pedestrian crosswalk at Shoreline Drive and Island Highway be reviewed, including potential alternative design options such as above or below grade configurations. (J-02-17)
THAT the Committee recommend to Council that the anticipated future development permit for 2951 Craigowan Road include a requirement for a reasonable amount of space for gardening by the Christie Point residents. (J-03-17)
THAT the Committee recommend to Council that the Christie Point Rezoning Application No. 2016/05 - 2951 Craigowan Road be supported in principle. (J-04-17)
