Public correspondence opposing the Glentana Road development due to noise and traffic concerns.

Concernining the application for a new development on 105 thru 108 Glentana Road.
This building is a huge departure from the density and make-up of the neighbourhood. Four stories tall, very small suites, and very limited parking.
Rooftop open air rec area. This building will be busy, noisy and create high traffic volume. The size of aparments opens it up to possible Air BnB use. All the mature trees will be cut down. If this area is to be redeveloped, why not a less ambitious project that suits the character of the neighbourhood? We have many young children in the surrounding stratas and co-ops. it’s a success, help us keep it that way.
