BYLAW NO. 978

A BYLAW TO AMEND THE OFFICIAL COMMUNITY PLAN WITH RESPECT TO THE DESIGNATION OF 1938 WEST PARK LANE

The Council of the Town of View Royal, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. This Bylaw may be cited as "Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 811, 2011 Amendment Bylaw No. 978, 2017”.

2. Schedule "L" Land Use Designations of Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 811, 2011 is amended by changing the land use designation for the lands legally described as Lot 1, Sections 97 and 98, Esquimalt District, Plan VIP64516 and shown in Schedule “1” forming part of this Bylaw from Parks, Open Space, Recreation to Mixed Residential.

3. Schedule "P" Form and Character Development Permit Areas of Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 811, 2011 is amended by including the land legally described as LOT 1, SECTIONS 97 AND 98, ESQUIMALT DISTRICT, PLAN VIP64516 and shown in Schedule “1” forming part of this Bylaw within the Neighbourhood Mixed Residential Development Permit Area and the Sensitive Terrestrial Ecosystems Development Permit Area.
