Subject: Colwood Interchange
Dear Mayor and Council,
As a runner, pedestrian, and cyclist Iam very concerned with this crossing.
The speed the cars travel is scarey, but I have witnessed a near hit of a pedestrian and a car accident when someone tried to stop for me.
I feel something has to be done here before a serious accident happens or a death.
