BYLAW NO. 1031

A BYLAW TO AMEND NOISE CONTROL BYLAW NO. 523, 2003

The Council of the Town of View Royal, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. This Bylaw may be cited as “Noise Control Bylaw No. 523, 2003, Amendment Bylaw No. 1031, 2019”.

2. Noise Control Bylaw No. 523, 2003 is hereby amended as follows:

   (a) By deleting Section 4(1)(vii) in its entirety and replacing with:

   “(vii) any person from functioning within the limits of a permit issued under the Streets Bylaw No. 980, 2019 as amended, of the Town; or”.
