DEVELOPMENT VARIANCE PERMIT – 29 BRIGADOON PLACE
We would support a variance to permit the siting of a heat pump in the front yard if the following 2 conditions are met:
- An enclosure using acoustic sound proofing materials is built around the heat pump.
- A fence along the hedge which separates #29 and #35 is constructed.
