Subject: Invictus Proposal- Doug Foord

I am against the proposed density of the development for all the reasons stated by Hidden Oaks, including the impact of the related construction period. Also, the high density apartment mentality, encouraging a transient clientele, does not benefit the northern gateway vision and displaces the relaxed community environment of View Royal. Community benefits cited by the developer only relate to promotion of his proposal with seemingly no suitable amenities in return. Jack Bates
