Dear sirs;
In regards to the proposed development by Invictus re: Mr Foord, I believe this is way to dense for this area . If you factor in the fact of 2 cars per unit plus visitors your could end up with an increase of 500 cars in the area and in spite of one of your councillors stating that there is no relationship of housing and traffic , this of course is ridiculous . We already have a bottleneck of traffic on Helmcken Rd. It would be much more suitable for high end town houses . I for one don’t want to see my neighbourhood turned into slum housing . Housing style , density, and traffic control is very important for the overall reputation of View Royal , I don’t want to see us go the way of Langford. This is the time to get control of the path of the future of this district while we still can.
