A BYLAW TO AMEND FEES AND CHARGES BYLAW NO. 958, 2016
The Council of the Town of View Royal, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Fees and Charges Bylaw No. 958, 2016, Amendment Bylaw No. 1028, 2019”.
Fees and Charges Bylaw No. 958, 2016 is hereby amended as follows:
a. In Schedule “A”, Engineering - Sanitary Sewer User Rates row, Flat fee, deleting the words “$21.08 per detached dwelling unit or equivalent”, and replacing with “$20.27 per detached dwelling unit or equivalent”.
b. In Schedule “A”, Engineering - Sanitary Sewer User Rates row, Per cubic metre, deleting the amount “$1.59” and replacing with “$1.53”.
This bylaw shall come into force and effect January 1, 2019.
