Details of Presentation: Graeme Mann will be briefly presenting the design rationale package for a proposed 87 unit multi-family building to be located on 167, 169 and 171 Island Hwy with the purpose of introducing the project to council and gaining informal feedback to incorporate into the rezoning application.
