REVISED COUNCIL AND COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING SCHEDULE
RECOMMENDATION:
THAT the revised Council and Committee of the Whole 2021 meeting schedule be adopted.

PURPOSE OF REPORT:
To provide Council with a revised 2021 schedule for Council and Committee of the Whole meetings (see Attachment “A”).
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
At its December 1, 2020 meeting, Council adopted the 2021 Council and Committee of the Whole meeting schedule. The adopted scheduled did not include a September Committee of the Whole meeting as this meeting would conflict with the 2021 Union of British Columbia Municipalities’ (UBCM) Convention.
As discussed at the end of the July 13, 2021 Committee of the Whole meeting, the 2021 UBCM Convention will be held virtually and only one member of Council will be attending which facilitates quorum for a September Committee of the Whole meeting. Accordingly, the September 14, 2021 Committee of the Whole meeting can be added to the 2021 meeting schedule. Attachment “A” is the revised schedule for Council’s consideration that reflects this additional meeting date.
RECOMMENDATION:
THAT the revised Council and Committee of the Whole 2021 meeting schedule be adopted.
