Details of item to be added: That Council request the CRD to allocate funds (eg Thetis parking revenue) towards:

1. reduce GHGs (vehicles) by installing bike lockers; charging stations for ebikes and electric vehicles; build a bus stop at Phelps Trail (#56 bus) and actively promote all park bus service (#53 / #56);
2. balance / re-distribute parking demands from 6 Mile to Phelps parking (just 3 car capacity!).
3. update Thetis Lake park map to show bus routes and bus stops as well as cars and bikes (including legend).
