Re: 280 Old Island Highway, Victoria, B.C.
As per our discussions, based on review of the adjusted landscape related to the revised site plan we confirm the amount of planting is essentially the same and in general conformance with the intent of the Landscape Plan approved for Development Permit and Building Permit.
The adjusted planting is visible from the street and remains an integral part of the landscape frontage.
We would also note that the finish of the front concrete wall has been upgraded to an attractive stone finish and that an additional street tree has been planted on the boulevard.
These additional items significantly enhance the streetscape appearance and experience from the approved plans.
