TOWN OF VIEW ROYAL BYLAW NO. 1041

A BYLAW TO AMEND THE TOWN OF VIEW ROYAL ZONING BYLAW WITH RESPECT TO AMENDING THE CD-1 ZONE AND WITH RESPECT TO THE REZONING OF A PORTION OF 1495 ADMIRALS RD (ADMIRALS WALK)

The Council of the Town of View Royal, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

This Bylaw may be cited as "Zoning Bylaw, No. 900, 2014, Amendment Bylaw No. 1041, 2020”.
Bylaw No. 900 is hereby amended by adding the following immediately after 12.1.1.c in the Principal Uses section and amending all subsequent sections accordingly:

12.1.1.c Retail Cannabis Store
Bylaw No. 900 is hereby amended by replacing 12.1.2.c in the Conditions of Use section with the following:

12.1.2.c The daily hours of operation for a Licensed Retail Store or Cannabis Retail Store are limited to between 9.00am and 11.00pm.
Bylaw No. 900 is hereby amended by adding the following immediately after 12.1.2.e in the Conditions of Use section:

12.1.2.f Retail Cannabis Store use is permitted only on the properties described in the map within Schedule 1 of Zoning Bylaw No. 900, 2014, Amendment Bylaw No. 1041, 2020, that being a portion of the property legally described (and addressed) as follows:
- LOT A (SEE EL82092) SECTION 2 ESQUIMALT DISTRICT PLAN VIP61203 (1495 Admirals Rd)
