Re: Development Permit – 2427 Chilco Road – Garth Woodworth

Enclosed is our application for a development permit to replace the existing woodshed on the property. As you can see from the site plan the shed is proposed for approximately the same location as the existing shed and will be slightly small. The 8.44m sideyard will require a variance but is greater than the existing shed.

I have attached a Firesmart report, Arborists report and a plan of the proposed shed for your consideration with the application. Please advise if you require any further information.
