BYLAW NO. 996

A BYLAW TO AMEND THE TOWN OF VIEW ROYAL OFFICIAL COMMUNITY PLAN WITH RESPECT TO THE LAND USE DESIGNATIONS OF REMAINDER LOT A, SECTION 98, ESQUIMALT DISTRICT, PLAN EPP55112 (TUZO COURT)

The Council of the Town of View Royal, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. This Bylaw may be cited as "Official Community Plan No. 811, 2011, Amendment Bylaw No. 996, 2018”.

2. Schedule "L" Land Use Designations of Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 811, 2011 is amended by changing the land use designation for the lands legally described Remainder Lot A, Section 98, Esquimalt District, Plan EPP55112 Except Plan EPP71784 and shown shaded on the sketch plan in Schedule “1” forming part of this Bylaw from “Parks, Open Space, Recreation” and “Residential” to “Residential”.
