    Staff Recommendation:

    THAT Council approve Development Permit No. 2019/10 as per the report from the Community Planner dated November 13, 2019 titled "1509 Glentana Road - Mixed Residential Form and Character Development Permit Building Envelope Replacement".

    1. West Shore RCMP - Request for Addition of One Regular Member and One Municipal Employee for 2020

    THAT the Committee recommend to Council that the West Shore RCMP request for one additional regular member and one additional municipal employee for 2020 be referred to the 2020 budget deliberations. (COW-40-19)

    1. Block Party Information

    THAT the Committee recommend to Council that the Block Party Toolkit be made available both at Town Hall and the Town's website. (COW-41-19)

    1. Employee - Use of Personal Vehicle

    THAT the Committee recommend to Council that Policy No. 2600-03 - Employee - Use of Personal Vehicle be amended to reflect the current rates prescribed by Canada Revenue Agency for reasonable per-kilometre allowance. (COW-42-19)

    1. Road Issues Rudyard Road and Stormont Road

    THAT the Committee recommend to Council that staff bring forward options for traffic calming on Stormont Road (near Island Highway/Stormont Road) to the 2020 budget deliberations. (COW-43-19)

    1. Eltham Road Sidewalk Request

    THAT the Committee recommend to Council that the installation of a pedestrian walkway on Eltham Road be included as part of the 2020-2024 Financial Plan. (COW-44-19)
