The View Royal Development requirements of Zoning Bylaws are for every View Royal applicant. This is the Law!! The law is for everyone!
There should be No Variance for 1, 2, or 3 on your notice, re above.
All considerations should have been considered at issuance of Building Permit. If granted will seriously Negatively affect Neighbors + those living on Brigadoon.
Taxpayers are worried about setting a precedent of certain people being exempt to View Royal Subdivision Development Bylaws (5.14 No 985, 2017) (5.16 985, 2017).
Also Zoning Bylaw (Section 4.6.4 of Bylaw 900) Heat Pump in front will be noisy + irritating.
A precedent will be set should a variance be permitted which could cost taxpayers legal fees to be paid by View Royal using our tax dollars to defend future applicants.
We as local residents can be reached by FAX AT
P.S. Hydro Pole is past WARRANTY + Needs To Be Replaced for SAFETY, SAKE!
