    From the November 10, 2020 Committee of the Whole meeting: a) Council Initiatives for 2021-2025 Financial Plan THAT the Committee recommend to Council that staff provide a.) an estimate to design the sidewalk and b.) a rough estimate of costs to construct a sidewalk on Atkins Road from the current sidewalk terminus on the southside of Atkins Road near Anya Lane to the municipal boundary with the City of Langford for inclusion in the draft 2021-2025 Financial Plan.
