- NEW BUSINESS a) Island Highway/Craigflower Road/Shoreline Drive - Councillor Rogers Proposed Recommendation: THAT the signage stipulating "right lane only" for Shoreline Drive be replaced with a new sign that directs motorists to use the zipper merge procedure.
b) Helmcken Road Overpass Park and Ride - Councillor Rogers Proposed Recommendation: THAT a letter be sent to the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure requesting that the Town assume ownership, maintenance and signage of the Park and Ride on Helmcken Road to facilitate its intended purpose as a transit amenity.
c) Portage Park Rest Area Signage - Councillor Rogers Proposed Recommendation: THAT a letter be sent to Capital Regional District Parks requesting that the signage at the Portage Park rest area for the E&N Rail Trail be updated once the Hallowell Road section is complete.
d) Victoria Regional Transit Commission - Councillor Rogers Proposed Recommendation: THAT a letter be sent to the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure requesting that Section 25 of the BC Transit Act be amended to add a provision for a four year rotational appointment to the Victoria Regional Transit Commission for the representative from the West Shore; AND THAT this amendment be retroactive to 2015.

MOTIONS & NOTICES OF MOTION
CLOSED MEETING RESOLUTION THAT there is a need to have a meeting closed to the public and persons other than the immediate members of Council, officers and employees of the Town, and those identified under Section 91 (2) of the Community Charter shall be excluded on the basis of Section 90(1)(a) - municipal appointment.
