BYLAW NO. 953
A BYLAW TO AMEND FEES AND CHARGES BYLAW NO. 583, 2006
The Council of the Town of View Royal, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Municipal Ticket Information Bylaw No. 643, 2007, Amendment Bylaw No. 953, 2016”
Municipal Ticket Information Bylaw No. 643, 2007 is hereby amended as follows: a) By deleting the reference to “Business License and Regulation Bylaw No. 580, 2004” in Section 2, Column 2 and replacing it with the following: “Business License and Regulation Bylaw No. 952, 2016” b) By deleting Schedule “11” in its entirety and substituting the amended Schedule “11” attached hereto as Schedule A and forming part of this Bylaw.
This bylaw shall come into force and effect on January 1, 2017.
