BYLAWS FOR CONSIDERATION: Official Community Plan No. 811 Amendment Bylaw No. 996 and Zoning Bylaw No. 900 Amendment Bylaw No. 997

Council reviewed two bylaws that would allow a developer to keep a retaining wall they built on land that was supposed to be a park. The public wrote many letters protesting the loss of green space and the developer's behavior.
